Involved in teaching Cricket to Clubs, Schools, ethnic and cultural comunities.
The Academy is involved with the Town of Ajax, promoting the Sport of Cricket as FUN and exciting activity.
Coach Phil ( Philip Navaratne ) has been involved in playing, promoting and coaching cricket in Ontario for almost 12 years, predominatly, concentrating in Ontario Cricket community,
He has been responsible for introducing the "Cricketers" and "Cricket-eers" Program of Cricket for kids with the City of Ajax, & Whitby Brooklyn.

Lucky has Represented the Canadian National Team as Wicket Keeper Batsman, prior to this, he played First Class Cricket in Sri Lanka for SSC & CCC, He also represened his College
St Benedicts College, Colombo. Lucky has played Premier Level Cricket in the TDCA league for Yorkshire CC, Grace Church, Oshawa CC.
- Philip Navaratne ( Coach Phil) Head Coach, Director
Head Coach of DCA, Senior Coordinator Cricket Canada, Phil is a Wicket Keeper left hand Batsman, has played First Class Cricket for SSC and NCC in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is a Certified Cricket Instructor for the City of Ajax & Whitby, and currently runs the Cricket program in the Tecreation program, Phil is a registered Coach with Lev-2 CCA & NCCP L3
High Performance Program conducted by ICC Global Cricket Academy ( Rodney Marsh - ICC GCA Director of Coaching & Mudassar Nazar - ICC GCA Head Coach
Phil was involved in this program working closely with Mudassar & Rodney primarliy as the Video Analyser Coach.
TDCA - Toronto & District Cricket League - Association
All Junior teams of DCA have a designated coach and manager.
These designated individuals are well respected, currently playing or have been playing at the highest level of Cricket in Canada.
